The Belvedere is located in the heart of downtown Biloxi, Mississippi. Built in 1926, we're steps from the Gulf Coast's best restaurants, nightlife, and waterfront.

The Belvedere was built in 1926 and has been a downtown Biloxi landmark for nearly a century. We've lovingly restored the building into five uniquely themed boutique suites, each inspired by a bold icon of the 1920s.

We have five individually designed suites: The Louie, The Clara, The Ernest, The Josephine, and The Zelda. Each suite is inspired by a different 1920s icon and has its own distinct character.

We're a boutique lodge — more intimate than a hotel, more polished than a vacation rental. Think of us as five private suites under one historic roof, with the personal touches you'd expect from a dedicated host.

Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. If you need to arrange early check-in or late check-out, please contact us in advance and we'll do our best to accommodate.

We offer free cancellation up to 7 days before your arrival date. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival are subject to a charge equal to one night's stay.

Early check-in is available on a first-come, first-served basis depending on availability. Please contact us ahead of your stay and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Late check-out may be available depending on same-day arrivals. Please inquire at check-in or contact us in advance to request.

You can modify or cancel your reservation by contacting us directly via email or phone. We're happy to help with any changes to your stay.

Every suite except The Clara features a full kitchen, and all five suites include an in-suite washer and dryer for added convenience on longer stays.

Breakfast isn't included with your stay, but you're in good company — downtown Biloxi's cafés and breakfast spots are just a short walk from our front door, and we're always happy to point you toward a favorite.

Yes — The Belvedere is entirely non-smoking, both inside the suites and anywhere on the grounds. We ask every guest to honor this so each stay feels fresh, comfortable, and true to the 1926 character of the building.

Four of our suites feature king-size beds with premium linens. The Clara, our petite suite, offers a queen-size bed — full bedding details for each suite can be found on our Suites page.

Yes, complimentary high-speed WiFi is available throughout The Belvedere, including all suites and common areas.

Yes, complimentary on-site parking is available for all guests. We'll share parking details in your booking confirmation.

The Belvedere is a boutique property and does not have a pool or fitness center on-site. However, we're happy to recommend nearby options and can arrange guest passes at partner facilities.

We can arrange laundry and dry cleaning services through a local partner. Please inquire during your stay and we'll take care of the details.

While we don't have a formal concierge desk, our team is available to help with restaurant reservations, activity recommendations, and anything else you need to make the most of your Biloxi visit.

We love pets! Well-behaved dogs are welcome at The Belvedere. A pet fee applies per stay. Please let us know at the time of booking so we can prepare your suite accordingly.

We welcome dogs of all sizes. We ask that pets be house-trained, kept on a leash in common areas, and never left unattended in the suite.

The nearest airport is Gulfport-Biloxi International Airport (GPT), approximately 15 minutes from The Belvedere. Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport (MSY) is about 90 minutes west.

We don't provide airport shuttle service, but we're happy to recommend reliable local car services and rideshare options for your arrival.
